Pregnancy After Loss (PAL) Training Stipend Form (2026)

    Thank you for your time and for the care, expertise, and professionalism you bring to delivering Pregnancy After Loss (PAL) trainings. Your work in supporting families and advancing this important model of care is deeply valued. We know how hard this is and we're grateful.

    In recognition of the time and effort required to deliver these trainings, a one-time stipend of $500 per training will be provided upon request to parent trainers who are not yet being provided stipends through their USPAL Clinic. This stipend applies only to trainings delivered within the 2026 calendar year.

    Trainers may receive multiple stipends for multiple trainings delivered (one per training). Please note that these funds may be considered taxable income. Annual disbursements exceeding $600 will require submission of a W-9 form.
